    Printing codes in order

    Hello all,

I know I've done this before, but for the life of me I can't seem to
remember. I have a list of codes with a bunch of quotes coming from 6
interviews. Can I have an output style with all the codes and quotes
organized under them from the interviews?

In other words I want the output to look something like this:

    Code 1:
    Interview 1
    Interview 2
    Interview 3

Right now when I output, I get the following:

    Interview 1
    Code 1
    Code 2
    Code 3

    Interview 2
    Code 1
    Code 2
    Code 3

    Thanks!

    Hello Marianne,

If you try 'all codes with quotations' in the code menu I think you get you want.

    Kind regards,

    Leontine

    Leontine,

That seemed to help. Two more questions if possible... Is there a way to
make it so that I don't get the full code output before the quotation?
And, is there any way to format the actual output so that each interview
    has a different color?

Thanks so much for your help.

It naturally ouptuts the codes and quotations in the order you want if you
use the main codes menu output option. I suspect you are using the output
    from the query tool instead.
